Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your Agassi app account, you can submit an account deletion request directly through the app.

How to Request Account Deletion
  1. Open the Agassi app.
  2. Go to Profile or Account Settings.
  3. Select Request Account Deletion.
  4. Confirm that you would like to submit the request.
  5. Once submitted, a support ticket will be created with our support team via Zendesk.

Our team will then review and process your request. Once completed, your account and associated personal data will be deleted in line with our account deletion policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

What Happens After You Submit a Request

Once your request is received:

  • We will confirm receipt of your account deletion request.
  • Your account will be reviewed for deletion.
  • Your personal data associated with the account will be deleted, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
  • You may lose access to your profile, swing analysis history, training plans, subscription access, saved preferences, and other app related data.
  • Once deletion is complete, this action may not be reversible.
Important Information

Some data may need to be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
